For the main combo, you need Traitor or Phantasms. 

Summon traitor.

Traitor effect to search disciple and become light.

Summon Disciple.

Traitor effect, tribute disciple to summon sprite and search terror.

Sprite effect to search Fantasy.

Activate terror.

Summon Sequence with Traitor and Sprite.

Sequence effect to shuffle Traitor and either Sprite or Disciple into the deck and summon Tormentor. (Tormentor is your firth summon, so you're nib proof.)

Summon Requiem using Sequence.

Requiem effect to summon Engraver.

Requiem effect to equip to Engraver.

Use Engraver and Requiem to summon Necroquip.

Engraver effect to shuffle Requiem into the extra deck and summon Engraver from the gy.

Summon either Lars or Ceasar by using Engraver and Necroquip.

 Set Fantasy.
