Somebody needs Champion's Vigilance! Anyway, what cards do you actually like? Use those. But seriously, make sure your deck stands for something and shares something with your opponent and their cards.

I'd cut the majesty's, burst stream, rage, chaos max, chaos form, abyss, Raigeki break, buster blader and the 3rd blue-eyes. I'd then add in 2 more prologue. Put whatever you want in the remaining bits

I haven't seen Chaos Max is decklists, though idk if there's a synergy with Destruction
