Card Database does not porperly filter by effect

Card Database does not properly filter cards by effect. For example, it is possible to find many Normal Monsters when filtering by card effects, e.g. Recover LP. Since Normal Monsters never can have effects, this is obviously a bug. Also it is possible to find Effect Monsters with no LP Recovery, and so on, not exclusive to Normal Monsters, but still.
